The Ask:

Big Brothers Big Sisters’ mission was to find a way to increase the number of black male mentor inquiries and signups for Black boys in the Middle Tennessee area by showing them they matter and are needed.

The Idea:

To exalt the image of everyday black men in the Nashville area to prove that their everyday excellence is more valuable than they think and can empower and defend the potential of Black boys.
